Sometimes, we need a little extra help to work through tough situations in our lives. Our group of counselors is dedicated to providing you with the support you need to travel through life comfortably and confidently. Our individual therapy sessions may include:

Family therapy is a great resource for families who are going through turmoil. It’s also a great opportunity for members of the family to have neutral, open communication with one another in a warm and impartial environment. Topics addressed in family therapy include:
- Parent-child/teen problems
- Blended family issues
- Child management with home- or school-related problems
*Please note that family therapy is typically, but not always, covered by insurance companies.
Couples counseling and marriage therapy is perfect for couples who need to regroup and reprioritize with each other. We often recommend these counseling sessions for couples even if they don’t have any current issues. Topics covered in couples and marriage counseling include:
- Communication skill development
- Conflict management
- Sexual difficulties
*Please note that marriage therapy is typically not covered by insurance unless there is a partner with a diagnosable condition. Call one of our counselors to discuss your situation and possible insurance coverage.
You can rarely anticipate a crisis making its way into your life. Whether your crisis involves the death of a loved one, a car accident, or a divorce within the family, our counselors are well-equipped to speak with you and your children about coping mechanisms. Topics covered in our crisis intervention sessions include:
- Death and grief
- Traumatic events
- Parent-child/teen problems
- Child management with home- or school-related problems
Premarital counseling is exactly what it sounds like – it’s counseling that’s recommended to couples before they get married. In these sessions, our counselors discuss critical skills to keeping a happy marriage. Topics covered in premarital counseling sessions include:
- Communication skill development
- Conflict management
- Sexual difficulties
Spiritual mentoring is a sect of faith-based healing in which counselors work with a patient’s spiritual beliefs to help bring them to a place of inner peace and greater self-awareness. Our counselors create a safe space for our patients to explore their spirituality and how it relates to their overall mental health.
If you suspect you have a mental health condition but have never been diagnosed with one, consider one of our testing services. Although limited, we are happy to offer these services to patients who wish to get a better understanding of and handle their mental health and wellness.
