Brooke Smith, PA-C joined FPC in November 2022. She cares for patients of all ages at FPC’s Riverside, Duboistown location. Her hobbies are spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and dog Piper, crafting and spending time with Family and Friends.

She graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has clinical interests in pediatrics, women’s health, and preventative medicine. She enjoys educating patients on disease process and promoting healthy lifestyles.
