Our Background
Dr. Charles P. Fasano established a medical practice in Mifflinburg in 1973. He partnered with Dr. Domenick N. Ronco in 1980 and grew their practice into Family Practice Center, PC. They started with the idea that they were committed to providing quality and compassionate care to the patients of Family Practice Center, PC.
In 2019, Family Practice Center, PC acquired CPRS Physical Therapy, which was started by Rick and Vicky Tribbitt in Millersburg in 1983.
Today, we have over 40 physician offices and over 40 physical therapy offices and continue to look for new opportunities for growth. Dr. Fasano's and Dr. Ronco's vision has been fulfilled to create an organization that is physician-led and community-driven over the last 50 years.
